The Edit 1.0 - Back to "School"
This Week's Edit will be about just that, Back to "School".
1. Oio Lab - Aquasphere
So firstly, I'd like to let you know that I'm obsessed with clean skin care. I'd say my skin type is normal to dry, but definitely more towards dry throughout autumn/winter - and that's where hyaluronic acid come to play. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally-occurring substance in the skin and its main function is to retain water. When used topically, its clinically proven to alleviate dry skin, smoothing fine lines and speed up wound healing. I've tried many hyaluronic serums, but Aquasphere goes beyond that. It's an advanced, concentrated and multi-level hydrating serum with five forms of hyaluronic acid compounds which made my skin go from dull & flaky to glowing and plump in just a week.
2. IntiS - Oversized Turtleneck Sweater
So working from home is a weird one, isn't it? In March I found myself to dress up as I'd usually do when heading to the office, whereas lately, I've found myself getting stuck in my gym clothes after my morning exercise (unless I've had an important zoom call). As life's slowly returning to somewhat normal, I went to the office for the first time this week, realising that I no longer can rely on my active wear. So my Back to "School" pick is this majorly stylish, warm (!), 100% Royal Alpaca sweater from IntiS. Why should one compromise on consciousness, style or comfort?
3. Thread Tales - Handwoven Mandalay Silk Reversible Face Mask
This skin-saviour could go under the category of "beauty" as my skin (apparently) is prone to breakouts when wearing other face masks. Thread Tales face masks are made from 100% Mandalay silk following WHO guidelines with 10% of the sales going towards the not-for-profit organization Inle Heritage, that preserves the nature and culture of Inle Lake. On top of that, it includes a pocket for a removable filter - supplied with one replaceable filter and a beautiful silk carry bag to keep the mask clean whilst not being worn.
4. Susan Rockefeller - Earth Long Jacket Earrings
Most people would probably describe my style as "Scandi Minimalism", but with that said - there's nothing I love more than statement jewellery. These drop-dead (pun intended) gorgeous emerald green earrings from Susan Rockefeller at Atelier Swarovski is exactly what I'd need to cheer up my summertime sadness.
